Crossfit Kids

I am so proud of my kids!  They are learning to be active and learning to LOVE it!  6:15 every morning before school their alarm goes off and they get ready to go workout in our garage/gym.  Alyssa just does it on the weekends, like Saturday. We look at a workout online the night before so we know what the workout will be.  They started a couple weeks before we left to Cancun and then have been consistent the last month since we have gotten back.  The endorphins going off in this house before school is amazing!  They are so happy after they workout!  And they feel good about themselves.  Last Saturday I went to the temple in the morning so we did a family workout in the afternoon.  We each had a station that we did as many reps for 1 minute and then switched, with 6 stations total.  In the picture you can see Jason doing pushups, Cameron doing situps, David is doing thrusters, Alyssa is doing knees to elbows and Melanie is doing wallballs.  If I was in the picture I would be doing jumping lunges.  Jason won with 181 reps total!  It was a fun short workout but we were tired by the end!
