Mother’s Day Weekend
Saturday morning we got up bright and early and drove to downtown Salt Lake City for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Race for the Cure at 8:30. Cameron and Melanie wanted to do it with me. This was their first race. There were so many people (16,000 +)!!! We ran a little bit, but enjoyed walking with the majority there.

We are in that crowd somewhere!! There were a lot of groups there supporting those who were survivors of breast cancer and also those who were not so fortunate. It was great just to be there!
We went out to IHOP afterwards for a late breakfast which was a lot of fun. We don’t do that very often.
Later I took the girls (Melanie and Alyssa) and we went and got pedicures. David said we will have to make that a yearly tradition and I agree! We loved it!
I got breakfast in bed this morning and was able to spend all morning getting ready and the kids ready without feeling rushed. It felt wonderful! I am so lucky to be a mom to these 5!!!
