4th of July Vacation

Day 2
We were welcomed by these lovely creatures when we arrived Wednesday night. The animals that my dad shot in Africa. They were great conversational pieces! The Gemsbuck, Kudu and Warthog. There are 2 more on their way. My mom was willing to let the animals be a part of their home until my dad builds a "man cave" to put them in. She is hoping it is sooner than later!!
Lovely place for the warthog I think!! Some people walked in and didn't even notice the warthog. It must blend in well!
Family started showing up and didn't stop all day until that night. Heather came over with her kids. Then Alise's family, then Grandpa Floyd and Janie, Colby and Tyson's family and then Seth joined us at the end when he got off work.

The girls LOVED riding horses. You couldn't get any of the boys on, but the girls were in heaven!!
Grandpa was always so good and took the girls whenever they wanted to go.

I am still nervous on them after being bucked off in high school, with a different horse. We walked down to the cherry orchard and picked some cherries.

Alyssa, me, Janie
These girls were inseparable!! They would take off outside in the morning and we wouldn't see them until it was time to eat. They kept themselves busy with the dog, cats, bunny, 4-wheeler horses or whatever else was outside and moved!
The zip line was fun for the little kids. The chair was hooked up and then pulled with a rope by an adult.

Grandpa and Janie Floyd
The boys really liked the computer and game boys. We had to really limit their use and push them outside to play.
Mom always in the kitchen serving everyone by making delicious food! I think I came home a little more plump with all of the food!
Colby and Trisha's baby, LaiLauna. She was blessed on Sunday the 4th. She is 1 month old!
More workers in the kitchen! It's an all day event with all the mouths to feed!!
Jenna sat in a high chair for the very first time and loved it!
All the cousins eating at the kids' table. Can you believe it was to cool to sit outside as originally planned? More bonding time right?
