3 Years Old!!
Jason turned 3 today. Man do these birthday's roll around so fast! It seems like the more kids you get the faster it goes!
I knew right away what to get Jason for his b-day. He is really into Power Rangers. We picked up a Power Rangers movie at the library every week this summer. They were the cheesy 30 min. versions, but Jason LOVED them anyway! He opened his presents up before church and we had cake and ice cream this afternoon. When I was wrapping presents with Cameron this morning he saw the power rangers and motorcycle present and was so excited to "play" with it. He said that "brothers are supposed to share, that's what they do". Yeah, and tell that to Cameron on his b-day and he will give you "it's mine" speech!
(Looks like they have already eaten cake! They enjoyed helping to make it, therefore they got to lick the spoons and bowl! YUMMY!!)Some of the things that Jason likes to do:
-play with balls- soccer, baseball, basketball, football, you name and he loves it!
-watch Dora & Diego on t.v.
-Build legos and k-nex with Cameron
-ride his bike
-do flips on the trampoline
-eat
All around this kid is just a good kid. He hardly ever complains. He just goes with the flow of what we all are doing and is so happy to be doing it! Jason resembles David the most and also has the most characteristics of his family. Having his middle name David really fits him. Also with Jason being the 2nd boy and 3rd child he is sometimes over looked, the "typical middle child syndrome"! That's so sad!! I try really hard not to do that, but sometimes it just happens. I was glad that he had a special day just for himself. He was so embarrassed when we sang to him. He started to sing "happy b-day" with us until he realized we were sing to HIM! He just put his head down and didn't want to look at us. It was too cute! I am so happy to have this little guy in our home! He is growing up too fast. I can't believe he will be in Sunbeams next year! WE LOVE YOU JASON!!
A few of the fun things Jason got. He got super cute clothes from my parents and fun puzzles and books from David's parents! Thank you grandma and grandpa x2!!
