Halloween Fun!

Today was full of Halloween fun for us! This morning we went to our local library for story time. It was dress up story time! Cameron wasn't the only spider man there. Here he is with his "twin". Cameron is on the right.
Here they are waiting for it to start. Jason the Ninja Turtle, Melanie the witch, Alyssa the horse and Cameron as spider man.Afterwards they colored their pumpkins on their treat bag and then went trick or treating around the library. They walked away with a sucker, pencil and a book marker.Tonight was our ward Halloween party. The young men and young women put it on with each class having a booth. David is in Deacons and so was in charge of a booth. They did goblin golf and fright flight. So I walked around with the kids and tried to get to every one. Some of the highlights for my kids were the "fishing" for candy, balloon making and pumpkin bowling.
Jason is showing off his balloon monkey. His costume changed that night. He decided he wanted to be Superman! Here is Alyssa. She was content to follow with her finger in her mouth. She was a beautiful princess, another costume change. I forgot I had this from when Melanie was a baby and it fit perfect!Melanie getting a butterfly on her face and walking the "cake walk"!
I guess I didn't get a picture of Cameron at the party. He was still spider man minus the mask since you couldn't wear them in the church. It was a lot of fun and the kids said on the way home, "WE LOVE HALLOWEEN!"

Maybe its just me, but Melanie looks way different in the picture of getting her face painted. Much older looking. Looks like lots of fun. I love Halloween also. whoot whoot for candy and costumes!
What cute costumes. We did a carnvial with our YW too. Your kids looked darling as usual and I hope they have a great night trick-or-treating.
