HOT BIKERS!!

We have really enjoyed having my parents in town for the short stay. They arrived on Saturday night with Karl and Debbie Bleazard in their pickup with motorcycles in tow. We were a pit stop (room and board) for 2 nights and Sunday. We loved it! They left this morning and headed down to Bryce Canyon, Zion's Camp and what other stops they could find along the way. They will stop here again on their way home this weekend. YIPPEE!!Don't they look so CUTE!! They love taking road trips together on it, even if it's just into town for dinner. How fun is that?! David has always wanted a road bike and if I can look that good, and wear leather, I just might have to give in (when the kids are older of course!!)

HAHA! Mom and dad are so funny! I thoguht it was so funny that mom got chaps and boots for Mothers day! Whatever happened to flowers? hehe! Mom's a real biker now!!!!Next thing is she's gonna sew on her coat is the Wild Hogs!

How much fun..It doesn't suprise me in the least!! Your family is so much fun and crazy I love it. I got to see your mom last weekend when i was up helping my mom out. She doesn't age at all..must be the side effects of biking. Just a theory.

That picture cracks me up. I had no idea your parents had a bike. Brian loves his motorcycle but luckily doesn't want a street bike quite yet. Isn't funny to see parents almost go through a mid-life crisis. My parents just bought an OLD Mustang they love to Cruise in. So fun!

Look at your parents in their leather! LOVE IT! I absolutely love your mom! My mom swears she has the radar, for when they get home from their travels! She says the second they're home Tamlee is there! She's a wonderful woman!

David, and two other guys he works with, were invited to the Jazz game last Friday night. I have come to find out as a construction wife, to get business, you gotta play A LOT ! Our New Family Pictures

I have been on the hunt for a really good photographer for a long time here and there.  And I think I found one that did everything I wanted.  First, she comes and looks at the feel of your home.  For us I just sent pictures of our living room where I wanted the pictures placed.  Then she suggests colors to wear and sent pictures back with our room and picture placements she puts on the walls.  And with 5 kids, especially Jenna, you really have to photo shop A LOT!!  Almost every photo with Jenna she had to photo shop.  She did amazing!!  I was so nervous when we went over and viewed our pictures at her house.  As David put it after our photo shoot “She has to be a magician to get anything good out of that!  That was a disaster!”  After looking at our proofs I said, “well, you are a magician!”  And David said after leaving and climbing in our car to go home “That was worth every penny.”  Success! Melanie’s Calling in Life

Two Days ago Melanie was getting ready to go out the door.  She had her coat and was looking for her other jacket.  I asked her why she needed it when she already had her coat on.  She said she was going to take it to her friend at school, Humana, because she wears 3 jackets and doesn’t have a coat.  5 minutes later Melanie asked me “Mom, can we buy Humana a coat?”  I had already been thinking about that but told Melanie I would look while I was out to see if I could find one.  I went to 3 different stores to look!  Winter coats in that size are hard to find these days!  But I finally found something at Walmart and got gloves and a hat.  My friend, Angela, who drove carpool that morning called me while I was out looking.  She called worried because Melanie had said on the way to school that her friend didn’t have a coat and was sleeping on the floor.  I told her I knew about the coat and was getting one but Melanie hadn’t mentioned ...
